Venue Management

Venue management is an important part of any event, we have experience with venues all over Australia from boutique hotels, official government sites, large hotels and convention centres.

We have experience with thinking outside the box, let us help make the venue work for you.

Exhibition & Sponsorship

We have experience with small scale table displays to large exhibitions, we will assist to ensure that both the delegates and the exhibitors are happy with the outcome.

 

We are also able to assist with sponsorship from the pre-planning of your prospectus to the management of their chosen package.

Onsite Management

Online services are one of the most important part of most events, Conference Co-ordinators are able to develop, maintain and host all your online services for the event including website, online registration portal, conference apps, electronic newsletter creation and sending plus more.

DESIGN & ONLINE SERVICES

Conference Co-ordinators has extensive experience in graphic design, as well as working with existing designs to make exceptional printed and online material.

This can include social media banners, website designs, large format printing such as registration desks and exhibition features plus much more.

Conference Co-ordinators have very successfully managed both Virtual and Hybrid events. We have been involved in events that were virtual in concept from the beginning to events that have pivoted to hybrid or virtual models. We can easily take your event on any of these paths.

Interactive

Virtual attendees have access to one on one video chats with other attendees and exhibitors. We can even bring an attendee to the virtual stage to ask a question.

Our platform is easy to use and integrated with other apps, making hybrid events easy and inclusive of all your delegates.

The Virtual Platform and registrations systems are all safe under all current Australian privacy regulations as well as being PCI compliant

Live Support

We don't outsource live support to our virtual attendees we mange that in-house - this saves our clients’ money but also means we know the attendee and can quite often solve their problem without long explanations. It is all part of our hands on solutions.
